Q. Is delivery of my Babycare TENS Hire Free?

Yes - if you live in the UK. We in fact provide FREE delivery on all TENS hires to UK residents.  Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.  Delivery charges apply to Ireland.

Q. When do you send the Babycare TENS Hire unit?

We send the unit 3 weeks before your due date.  If you have purchased your TENS unit, and the order is received before 1.30pm - it will be shipped the same day.

Q. How long does it take to arrive?
All Babycare TENS units are sent by the Royal Mail (unless the Next Day Delivery service is selected).  Where the "Free Delivery" option is selected units are shipped via 2nd class post.  Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.  Please ensure you are available at the delivery address to receive your package, as it may not fit through your letterbox.  Please note deliveries can be made up to the end of the day.

Q. Is there a faster service?
Yes - If your due date is less than 3 weeks away, this is a must. UK residents can order Next Working Day Delivery for an extra £7.95 as long as your order is placed before 1:30pm between Monday and Friday. (This service does not include weekends. Units ordered on Friday will arrive on Monday. Units ordered on Saturday or Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. In the case of Bank Holiday it will be delivered on Wednesday).  Please note deliveries can be made up to the end of the day.

Q. I don't live in the UK. Can I still buy a Babycare TENS?
Absolutely yes! Please note: if your due date is within 4 weeks, we recommend that you opt for the International Priority Delivery Service. 

Please be aware import taxes, duties and a clearance fee may apply, which are solely the responsibility of the recipient.

All customers requiring International Delivery shall ensure that they provide an address where delivery can be made at any time within reasonable working hours on Monday through to Saturday.  By placing an order and requesting International Delivery, customers agree to be available to accept delivery at the address they have provided and to make themselves available and to answer any phone calls, emails, texts or any other communications from ourselves or the courier used to make the delivery in order to facilitate delivery.  Where a customer fails to provide a manned delivery address or fails to make themselves available or fails to respond to communications from ourselves or the courier and as a result the delivery cannot be made and is returned to us, the customer shall be liable for any additional costs arising from this.  Thereafter, once the Products are returned to us the Customer has the option to obtain a refund less any delivery and return costs incurred in relation to the delivery or to pay the courier costs for the Products to be redelivered to them.

NOTE: Our hire service is available only in the UK.  

Q. What is your Returns Policy?

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (this does not apply to rentals/hire units orders). There is a £5 handling charge on returns If the return is due to faulty goods or our error, we will pay return shipping costs. Refunds are usually received within four weeks or sooner to allow time for us to receive and process your return.  Please note there are no refunds on hire/rental orders that have already been shipped.

On 1st July 2021, the EU is removed VAT exemption of €22 on goods imported to the EU. This will mean that all goods, irrespective of value, will be subject to VAT in all EU countries.  As mentioned above, duties and clearance fees may apply.
