We're very sorry to advise that Royal Mail staff across parts of East London are taking part in unballoted industrial action this morning. The following Delivery Offices are affected: Whitechapel (E1), Leyton (E5,E10), Stratford (E15,E20) and Docklands (E14).
As a result, deliveries of normal mail will be limited today in these areas and cannot be guaranteed. Every effort is being made to deliver as many Special Delivery and Tracked items as possible, using other available resources.

Q. Is delivery of my Babycare TENS Hire Free?
Yes - if you live in the UK. We in fact provide FREE delivery on all TENS hires to UK residents. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Q. When do you send the Babycare TENS Hire unit?
We send the unit 3 weeks before your due date. If you have purchased your TENS unit, and the order is received before 2.30pm - it will be shipped the same day.
Q. How long does it take to arrive?
All Babycare TENS units are sent by the Royal Mail (unless the Next Day Delivery service is selected). Where the "Free Delivery" option is selected units are shipped via 2nd class post. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Q. Is there a faster service?
Yes - If your due date is less than 3 weeks away, this is a must. UK residents can order Next Working Day Delivery for an extra £7.95 as long as your order is placed before 2:30pm between Monday and Friday. (This service does not include weekends. Units ordered on Friday will arrive on Monday. Units ordered on Saturday or Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. In the case of Bank Holiday it will be delivered on Wednesday)
Q. I don't live in the UK or Ireland. Can I still buy a Babycare TENS?
Absolutely yes! But you will have to pay a small shipping charge.

Q. What is your Returns Policy?
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to faulty goods or our error, we will pay return shipping costs. Refunds are usually received within four weeks or sooner to allow time for us to receive and process your return. Please note there are no refunds on hire/rental orders that have already been shipped.
